This Privacy Policy explains how Bnome, operated by IdeaDLT (a sole proprietorship registered in Israel, trading as Bnome), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform at bnome.com and the programs it hosts (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: your name and email address, provided directly or via Google Sign-In.
Content you create: the prompts you write, the programs built for you, the files and recordings you upload, and any data you store inside your programs.
Connected accounts: when you connect another service to your programs (for example Gmail or Telegram), the access that lets your programs act on it. That access is held by our connections provider, Composio.
Usage data: pages visited, the link or ad campaign that brought you to Bnome, features used, build activity, and interaction logs.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Polar) — we do not store your full card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service — including building, publishing and running your programs and the work they do on a schedule.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
To improve and develop new features.
To measure which of our marketing brings people to Bnome.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Bnome sends what each request needs to the AI provider that serves it: Anthropic (Claude) builds and changes your programs; KIE, which routes requests to model providers such as OpenAI and Google, makes images, video, music and text in your programs; AssemblyAI transcribes recordings. We do not use your private content to train our own models.

4. Data in the Programs You Build

Programs you build on Bnome may collect personal data from your own customers and visitors. For that data you are the controller: you decide what is collected and why, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for telling the people concerned. Bnome processes it on your behalf, only to host and run your programs.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers who help us operate: hosting (netcup), sign-in (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Polar), AI (Anthropic, KIE, AssemblyAI), connected services (Composio) and ad measurement (Google Ads, X Ads).
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers we rent from netcup, with a nightly backup kept on a separate server. Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleted data can remain in our backups for up to 14 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@ideadlt.com.

9. GDPR (European Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Cookies and Ad Measurement

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Our own analytics (Umami, on our own server) counts visits without cookies.

Outside the regions where we ask first (below), our analytics also records how a visitor who is not signed in uses our public pages: scrolling, clicks and what is on the screen, so we can see what helps and what doesn't. Anything typed into a field is hidden in these recordings, the app you use once signed in is never recorded, and recordings are deleted after 90 days. Turning tracking off below stops them too.

When you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the ad's campaign tags and, with your leave, its click identifier (such as gclid, fbclid, rdt_cid or twclid) in your browser for 30 days, and with your account when you sign up, to measure which ads bring people to Bnome.

On bnome.com we also use the Google tag of Google Ads. It sets Google's cookies and sends Google the pages you open, your IP address and your browser's details, so that Google can measure which of our ads bring visitors and sign-ups, and may use this to personalize ads. How Google uses this information: business.safety.google/privacy.

We also use the X pixel of X Ads (X Corp.). It sets X's cookies and sends X the pages you open, whether you sign up, your IP address and your browser's details, so that X can measure which of our ads bring visitors and sign-ups, and may use this to personalize ads. How X uses this information: x.com/privacy.

In Europe (including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Quebec and Israel we ask first, and none of this happens before your yes; elsewhere it is on until you turn it off below. We tell where you are from your IP address, with IP Geolocation by DB-IP; it only decides whether we ask. We do not use other advertising networks; if we add one (for example Reddit or Meta), this policy will say so first.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
