• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Polar) — we do not store your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service — including generating, building, and deploying your applications.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• To improve and develop new features.

3. AI Processing

Bnome uses third-party AI providers, primarily Anthropic, to generate and modify applications from your prompts. The content of your prompts is sent to these providers to deliver the Service. We do not use your private application content to train our own models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment processing via Polar, AI processing via Anthropic, analytics).
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
