This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Bnome, operated by IdeaDLT (trading as Bnome). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar, acting as Merchant of Record.

1. Subscription Plans

Bnome offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. You can review current pricing on our Pricing page before you subscribe.

2. 14-Day Refund

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to info@ideadlt.com with your account email and purchase details.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take several business days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund outside the 14-day window.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms, or excessive consumption of paid resources (such as build credits or compute). Renewal charges after the first 14 days are generally non-refundable.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Any change applies to future billing periods, and we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
